By purchasing lessons or participating in any swim instruction services, you (“Client” or “Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following Terms & Agreement.

1. Services

Private swim lessons are provided at the client’s home or agreed-upon location. Instruction focuses on water safety, swimming technique, breathing skills, treading water, and overall aquatic confidence.

Lesson duration and structure will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Payment & Booking Policy

• All lesson packages must be prepaid in full to reserve a time slot.

• Time slots are reserved specifically for each client.

• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Agreement.

• Lessons are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Due to limited availability, high demand, and respect for our other students and instructors, strict scheduling policies apply.

36-Hour Notice Requirement and grace period

• Clients must provide a minimum of 36 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 36 hours before the scheduled lesson will not be accepted and the lesson will be counted as completed.

Package Reschedule Allowances

To provide flexibility while maintaining fairness:

4 or 6-Lesson Package

• Includes 1 complimentary last-minute reschedule (less than 36 hours notice).

• After the 1 free reschedule is used, any missed lesson counts as completed.

10 or 12-Lesson Package

• Includes 2 complimentary last-minute reschedules.

• After both are used, any missed lesson counts as completed.

Unused reschedules do not carry over to future packages.

Consecutive Missed Lessons

If a client misses 2 lessons in a row, the instructor reserves the right to:

• Release the client’s reserved time slot

• Reassign the slot to another student

This policy ensures time availability for committed students and respect for our instructors' time and schedules.

4. Weather Policy

Safety is the top priority.

​

Valid Same-Day Rescheduling Without Penalty:

• Lightning storms

• Severe weather conditions deemed unsafe by the instructor

Not Valid Reasons:

• Light or mild rain

• Overcast conditions

• Mild wind

If there is light rain, the lesson will proceed as scheduled.

The instructor retains full discretion in determining unsafe weather conditions.

5. Refund Policy

• All sales are final for every lesson completed. If lessons remain and are unsatisfactory, you can get a refund for the remaining incomplete lessons.

• No refunds will be issued for missed lessons outside the given grace period, such as lesson cancellations within 36 hours or already used grace period.

• If the client forgets about the lesson and doesn't notify us, it will count as a used lesson.

• No refunds for used lessons within a package unless the refund is requested after the first lesson.

• Weather-related cancellations due to lightning will be rescheduled, not refunded.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Swimming and water activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips and falls

• Drowning

• Physical injury

• Medical emergencies

By participating, the Client acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with swim instruction.

The Client agrees to release and hold harmless the instructor from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Health & Medical Conditions

Clients must disclose:

• Any medical conditions

• Physical limitations

• Allergies

• Recent injuries

The instructor reserves the right to pause or cancel a lesson if a participant appears ill or unsafe to continue.

8. Agreement BELOW

By purchasing or participating in swim lessons, the Client acknowledges:

• They have read and understand these Terms & Agreement.

• They agree to comply with all policies stated above.

• They understand that missed lessons may be counted as completed according to this policy.​​
